Meet Tracy, our dedicated General Manager, and Alex, our skilled Head Chef, together they bring over 70 years of combined hospitality experience. What began as a remarkable friendship and work collaboration led to their marriage in 2017. They have explored the world, love camping and have created many lasting memories and have many stories to tell.

Having managed various establishments, from independent gems to corporate giants, Tracy and Alex embody the essence of hospitality—it’s not just a job, but a lifestyle ingrained in their DNA.

Beyond the kitchen and management roles, Tracy finds joy in relaxing and taking it easy when she isn’t working in the pub and you can sometimes see her enjoying a glass of wine with her team. Alex, on the other hand, is not just a chef but an avid cyclist, bringing energy and enthusiasm to the team. But they come totally together when it comes to camping – a shared passion, the New Forest is definitely their camping destination of choice.
